These terms govern access to and use of FinBozo Accounting. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and ensure that access to financial data is limited to authorized users.
Service Scope
The service is intended to support bookkeeping, reporting, collaboration, document handling, and AI-assisted accounting workflows. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authority of the data that you upload or enter into the system.
Authorized Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other organizations' data, or upload content that you are not authorized to process.
Customer Responsibilities
Each organization is responsible for managing user access, reviewing workspace permissions, validating accounting outputs, and deciding what personal data or confidential records are uploaded into the platform.
Data Handling
Organization data, user activity, uploaded content, and operational events may be processed to provide product functions, support, security monitoring, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and audit trails.
AI-Assisted Features
Some workflows may use third-party AI or OCR providers to process prompts, uploaded files, or audio submissions in order to classify documents, transcribe speech, or generate accounting drafts. Users should review AI-assisted output before relying on it for accounting, tax, or compliance decisions.
Suspension and Changes
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or investigation of misuse. We may also update the service, these terms, or related policies from time to time.
